Refund Policy

Once a course has been booked, we are unable to offer refunds unless:

• The booking is cancelled at least 10 days before the course start date, or
   
• We are able to fill your booked space if the cancellation occurs within the 10-day period.
   

Please note that payment providers charge transaction fees even when refunds are issued. Therefore, a £2.00 administration fee will be deducted from any refund processed.

All of our coaches hold a valid DBS check, First Aid certification, and relevant trampolining qualifications.

They also complete regular training and refresher courses to ensure we maintain the highest standards of coaching, safeguarding, and safety for every child in our sessions.
